There are almost 1100 stores in 38 states including Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands
operating under various trade names, such as Rainbow, Rainbow Plus, Rainbow Kids,
One Price, Kidspot, Caren Charles, Fashions Cents, Best Price, Foxmoor, Emphasis
and UpsNDowns. Rainbow’s customers appreciate and purchase fashion apparel,
but are value conscious and look to Rainbow to provide fashion forward trends at
inexpensive price points.

Our shoe business has a very loyal following and a large repeat customer base.
We are very successful in our market niches and enjoy gowing sales and profit above
the market average, We are in growth mode and add 60 new stores per year on
average. Rainbow stores are an average of 5,000 square ft.

Each store’s merchandise mix varies by location, depending on such factors as size
of store and demographics. Larger stores usually carry juniors, plus, lingerie, shoes,
and kids departments. There are 740+ stores with a plus size department and 960+
stores with a shoes department. In addition, we have 66 stand-alone plus size stores.
