Do you have Catalogs or On-line/E-Commerce sales?
Unfortunately, we do not have catalog sales at this time, nor do we have on-line purchasing available at this time. We do have a limited amount of merchandise available for review online and we hope to set up on-line purchasing in the future.

What is your layaway policy?
Layaways are only allowed for 30 days in total. • Minimum deposit of 20% is required when the layaway is set up. • A $10.00 cancellation fee is charged to customers who fail to complete the layaway. • The customer will sign and receive a copy of the Sales Agreement, which indicates the payment amount and the final payment date. • Minimum payments of 20% of remaining balance are required every week. • Layaway merchandise is held in the store until the balance is paid in full but not for longer than 30 days. • Layaways must be canceled and returned to stock if: - No payment is received within 14 days. - All payments have not been made by the final payment date. • The customer’s payment will be forfeited until customer comes in for a refund, at which time a Merchandise Credit is issued for payments made less $10.00. • If a sale is canceled by the customer, a merchandise credit is issued for deposits made by customer less the ten-dollar cancellation fee. • No partial pick-ups of layaways are allowed.

Can I place an order by telephone?
No the Company does not have phone-ordering system. Our product can be purchased in your local store.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover, American Express and ATM / Debit Cards with a VISA or Master Card logo. In addition, you may pay with a Rainbow gift card, Rainbow gift certificate or store credit. We do not accept personal checks.

Do you have coupons for money off:
No but from time to time we do send e-mail promotions and coupons to our valued customers. If you would like to be included in our e-mail promotions, please input your information by clicking on the Mailing List button from the main page of the website.

Why don’t all your stores sell Kids, Plus and Juniors?
We base our mix of product on the customer base, the size of the store and the proximity of other stores. We are constantly reviewing our mix of product and do make changes on a 6 month basis.

I have a balance on my Rainbow Credit Card from several years ago. It is affecting my credit. How can I fix my credit?
Since our credit company is no longer in business, you must file a dispute with your credit company in order to have it removed from your credit report.
