Where can I return Merchandise

Merchandise can be returned to any Rainbow location of the same brand. Merchandise purchased at Rainbow Plus or Rainbow Kids must be returned to another Rainbow Plus or Kids location.

What is your return policy?

Merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt
· REFUNDS given on regular priced, sale & clearance merchandise returned with a receipt & tags attached within 14 days of date of purchase for same tender.
· Customers can also accept refund on company gift card and 5% coupon good for 6 months, so long as refund is $10.00 or more.
· BRANDED CHILDREN'S MERCHANDISE: Exchanges and credits on branded children’s goods only given with original receipt.
· STORE CREDIT given at lowest markdown price for items when returned without receipt, after 14 days, or, when store credit was used for purchase. For your protection, identification is required for refunds & use of store credit is valid for 1 year.
· SHOE RETURNS are ONLY given if not worn, in box & with original receipt.
· PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION required for all refund transactions.

NON RETURNABLES:
· Panties, SWIMSUITS, bodysuits, branded kids items (without receipt) or WORN ITEMS.

Merchandise returned after 14 days or without a receipt

· Regular price, sale and clearance Merchandise returned, accompanied by proof of purchase will be reimbursed by merchandise credit for the amount on the original receipt.
· Merchandise returned without proof of purchase will be refunded at the current selling price via a Merchandise Credit Slip.
· Branded Children’s merchandise credits only given with original receipt and tags attached

What do I do if my merchandise is damaged? Can I return it?

If an item was bought at our stores within the last 14 days and the customer has a receipt to prove the transaction, any item that has been damaged since it was bought and cannot serve it’s original purpose will be accepted for a refund. If an item was bought at our stores past the 14 days from the purchase date and is damaged, the customer may have a merchandise credit.
