Terms and Conditions for Rainbow Gift Cards

Purchase or use of this card constitutes acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions. This card can only be used for in-store purchases from Rainbow stores up to the value remaining on the gift card. Refunds of purchases made with this card will be in the form of a gift card or credit, subject to Rainbow credit and return policies, unless otherwise required by law. This card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. This card can not be used in Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. This card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties. This card should be treated the same as cash. Safeguarding of this card is your responsibility. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced, except where required by law. Any disputes or claims arising between you and Rainbow or the Issuer regarding use of this card shall be resolved and/or settled exclusively by binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules for the resolution of consumer related disputes. Since this is the exclusive method to be used to resolve all disputes and is personal, you agree not to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration for any claims covered by this agreement. Issuer reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Balance inquiries can be made at any Rainbow store or at www.rainbowshops.com. This card is issued by Rainbow GCM, Inc., "Issuer".

This card can only be used for in-store purchases from Rainbow stores up to the value remaining on the gift card. Refunds of purchases made with this card will be in the form of a gift card or credit, subject to Rainbow credit and return policies, unless otherwise required by law. This card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. This card is not a credit or debit card and has no implied warranties. This card should be treated the same as cash. After 24 months of non-use, a service fee of $2.00/month will be deducted from the remaining balance on the card, until the card balance is zero ($0), except where prohibited or otherwise provided by law. Any disputes or claims arising between you and Rainbow or the Issuer regarding use of this card shall be resolved and/or settled exclusively by binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association under its rules for the resolution of consumer related disputes.
