RETURN POLICY FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES
Refunds
Refunds are given on regular, sale and clearance-priced merchandise returned with original receipt and tags attached, within (7) days of purchase, except as indicated below. Refund will be in the same form in which payment was originally made (however, if the payment was made by debit card, the refund will be made in cash).
Store Credit or Exchange
If an item is returned more than seven (7) days and up to 30 days after purchase, a store credit or exchange will be given for the original selling price as long as the returned item has tags attached and original receipt is presented. Store credits are valid for one (1) year from date of issuance, except where prohibited by the law of the state where the credit is issued. Store credits cannot be replaced if lost, except where required by law.
Gift Receipt Returns
Customer returning items with a Gift Receipt within 30 days of purchase date will be given a credit for the original selling price, as long as the returned items) have tags attached. Gift Receipt returns made after 30 days will receive a store credit for the lowest markdown price found either in store or our E-commerce website.
Footwear
Refunds, credits and/or exchanges are permitted on shoes, boots, and similar footwear only if the item has not been worn, is returned with the original box, and with original receipt.
Items Which Cannot Be Returned
Underwear, panties, swimsuits, bodywear, bras, earrings and other intimate apparel cannot be returned after purchase. Any merchandise which has been worn cannot be returned.
Layaways
Regular and promotional items can be put on layaway for a maximum of thirty (30) days, provided that payments are made weekly towards the purchase amount. Clearance items cannot be put on layaway. There are no price adjustments on layaways. A deposit equal to 20% of the total purchase, or $10.00, whichever is greater, is required to put an item on layaway. Payments must be made weekly in accordance with the layaway agreement. If you change your mind and decide not to purchase a layaway item, you will receive a full refund, less a $10.00 restocking fee, if within seven (7) days of the start of the layaway. After 7 days from the start of the layaway, you will receive a store credit for the amounts you have paid, less a $10.00 restocking fee. The maximum layaway period is thirty (30) days. If final payment is not received by the 30th day, or if weekly payments have not been made, the layaway will be canceled and subject to terms set forth in the layaway agreement contained on the receipt. For purposes of the refund/store credit or exchange policy above, the date of purchase is the date the layaway begins.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available in $10.00 increments, from $10.00 to $500.00. Gift card balances can be checked here. There are no refunds on purchase of gift cards, except where required by state law. Lost gift cards cannot be replaced, except where required by law. See the back of your card for terms and conditions.
