Returns
Online purchases can be returned either to RainbowShops.com or to any of our Rainbow store locations. To find the store location nearest you, please visit our store locator page.
You can return items purchased in their original, unused condition for a full refund of their merchandise value. We accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date.
Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, swim, earrings, gift cards and all items marked Final Sale.
Men's items can only be returned to Rainbowshops.com. Men's items cannot be returned to stores.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
However, in the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you have received damaged merchandise, please notify us immediately by email or telephone. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise as long as the item is returned by mail.

Tops are of very poor quality. Material is very rough and scratchy on your skin. Also it took too long for my order to arrive. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone. Terrible

The material is very rough. Not comfortable at all. Also color is nothing like what it looks online. They are ugly. Very poor quality. Starting pilling after first wash. I washed on delicate. Just terrible. Will never buy again from this shop.
