RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
You can return eligible items purchased online in their original, unworn, unused and unopened condition for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of the original ship date.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- underwear, intimate apparel, lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear
- bathing suits, swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, bikini sets
- earrings
- face masks
- halloween costumes
- gift cards and all items marked "Final Sale"
Items purchased in Rainbow Store locations cannot be returned to RainbowShops.com.
Online purchases can be returned either by mail or free at any Rainbow store location. To find the store nearest you, please visit our store locator.
Refunds for online purchases returned in store will be issued to the original form of payment, except for purchases made using PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay or Cash App. Store returns for orders placed using these payment methods are eligible for merchandise credit only.
Package Protection + Free Returns
At checkout, customers can add Package Protection + Free Returns for $1.99.
This optional coverage includes:
- Protection against lost, damaged or stolen packages
- Free prepaid return shipping by mail
- Easy online returns through our return portal
Customers who purchase Package Protection + Free Returns will receive a prepaid return label at no additional cost when starting a return online.
Customers who do not purchase Package Protection + Free Returns can still:
- Return eligible items by mail using a prepaid return label for $9.99 deducted from the refund amount, or
- Return eligible items to any Rainbow store location for free
Returns by Mail
Returns sent by mail must be initiated through our online return portal at https://returns.rainbowshops.com
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow at least one billing cycle for your refund to appear on your statement.
If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact Customer Service immediately and we will assist you with your return.
Returns to a Rainbow Store
We gladly accept returns to any of our Rainbow Stores. Please visit our store locator to find the Rainbow store nearest you.
Simply bring the merchandise you wish to return and the packing slip from your order when you visit the store. Please make sure that all original tags are attached to the merchandise. If you do not have all original tags and the packing slip for your order the store will be unable to process your return.
Purchases made using PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay or Cash App can only be refunded via merchandise credit when returned to a Rainbow Store. We cannot process refunds to your PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay or Cash App accounts from our stores. A credit card is required to return a purchase made with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Cash. All other refunds at stores will be made to the original form of payment.
