Items returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a full merchandise refund.
Customers who purchase Package Protection + Free Returns at checkout receive free return shipping by mail. Customers who do not purchase protection can still return items by mail using a prepaid return label for $9.99, or return items to any Rainbow store for free.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, swimwear, earrings, gift cards, Halloween costumes and items marked Final Sale.
