Standard Shipping deliveries arrive Monday through Saturday. Expedited and One Day deliveries arrive Monday through Friday.

Customers also have the option to add Package Protection + Free Returns at checkout for $1.99. This includes protection against lost, damaged or stolen packages and free return shipping by mail.

Online purchases can be returned by mail to RainbowShops.com or returned free at any Rainbow store location. Visit our store locator to find a store near you.

Items returned in original, unused condition within 30 days of the ship date are eligible for a full merchandise refund.

Customers who purchase Package Protection + Free Returns at checkout receive free return shipping by mail. Customers who do not purchase protection can still return items by mail using a prepaid return label for $9.99, or return items to any Rainbow store for free.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, swimwear, earrings, gift cards, Halloween costumes and items marked Final Sale.
